I have purchased the Hillcrest “Paradise” Duvet set, but the two shams were missing. The store did not have any more sets to replace the one I bought so how do I find just the two pillow shams that match,or even the decorative embroidered toss pillows?

I purchased a Hillcrest bedding about two months ago; it is white with soft teal and green leaves and coral embroidered birds at the bottom.
It is lovely, or, was. After one wash, the fabric tore in many places and the green piping had to be stitched back into the seams. There is no repairing the tears; they are numerous.
I do not have the receipt any longer, but could find the charge on my credit card.
How would I get a refund? This spread will not make it through a second wash, and the tears near the edges are widening from its weight, hanging from the bed.
